T.S.C., an Italian regional group of tire dealers and Point S Italy, announce today the signing of an agreement in which the group joins the Point S network.
This brings the number of Point S centers in Italy to 55.
T.S.C. and its 23 shareholders, located in the regions of Triveneto and Lombardy, is an historical group renowned for the quality of its points of sale. Its membership to the Point S network is motivated by its desire to guarantee its independence and strengthen its retail identity, in the context of a consolidation of the distribution. Simultaneously T.S.C. will benefit from the global offer of the Point S concept.
Luca Baraldi and Guido Schiavon (respectively Chairman and Managing Director of T.S.C.) declare that they are proud of the conclusion of this agreement, which will strengthen T.S.C.’s historical identity as a network of independent tire dealers, while having access to the content of the innovative Point S program on the Italian market.

Following to this agreement, Point S Italy confirms its expansion ambitions for 2017 with a target of 100 points of sale by the end of the year.
